My academic work (teaching, writing, researching, thinking) takes place at the intersection of psychoanalysis, critical theory, and social justice.
The dominant influences on my work have been Freud, Jacques Lacan—concerning psychoanalysis; Giorgio Agamben, and Judith Butler—with critical theory; Jacques Derrida, and John D. Caputo—in relation to social justice.
