I’m a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist in private practice, seeing patients both online and in person. My work includes psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, psychoanalytically oriented couples therapy, and Lacanian psychoanalysis. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists and social workers.
I’ve been in practice in one form or another since 2005. Over that time, I’ve worked in three therapeutic day schools, a substance abuse treatment center, and two large group practices, as well as owning and operating my own private practice. I also taught and earned tenure at Aurora University’s George Williams School of Social Work. These settings have given me opportunities to work with people whose lives, circumstances, and reasons for seeking help vary considerably.
I’m currently accepting new patients and supervisees, though my availability is limited and appointments are primarily during daytime hours. I offer a free initial consultation—a chance for us to talk about what brings you here, ask questions, and consider whether working together would be a good fit.
